Another day of sun + showers (this week is used to this daily) driving 400公尺 from Bordeaux PauilLAC Pojac region to Loire Valley region LOIRE is the most famous of the castles Champs-ss&eacute;es Castle Snow Cherbourg has other big and small... I used to live and work in Paris when I was visiting the main castle here. This time I mainly stayed for one night on the way back to Paris Airport. I chose Lorexiaduo&#39;s Les Hautes de Loire ( which means the Loire Heights. The hotel was in a forest. I almost didn&#39;t find the door. It was too low-key. There is a sense of seclusion and awe in an instant. Today, there are not many guests (but I still met an American group). The hotel has upgraded the first-class room. The View is very comfortable. The hotel&#39;s own rice two is fully booked (all Americans are blamed. . . ) So the hotel booked us another restaurant 10 kilometers away. Very Delicious price is also cheap 29 euros two-way, wine 8-9 Euro/cup two people check out 80 euros The most flat meal of this trip [Grin][Grin] The oysters of the fore dish 🦪 from Normandy Fresh ～～ Okay, I will go home tomorrow. I will drive directly to the airport in the afternoon to return the car. This trip has ended successfully 4 Loretta + 1 Home SLH, obviously Loretta&#39;s 360-degree victory is really different in the French base camp.

La Madelenie de Proust, this western restaurant is really beautiful. Just in this environment, taste the food, the whole person is very happy, plus their Shuflei is really too delicious.

又是太阳+ 阵雨的一天 （这周已经习惯每天这样了）驾驶400公从波尔多PAUILLAC 波雅克地区到卢瓦河谷地区LOIRE最有名的是古堡群 香波堡 雪侬瑟堡 已经其他大大小小。。。 以前在巴黎居住工作时候已经把这里主要古堡逛遍了这次主要是为了回巴黎机场途中停留一晚就还是选了罗莱夏朵的Les Hautes de Loire (意思是卢瓦河高地） 酒店在一个森林中 差点没找到大门 太低调一路开进来极具隐世感 瞬间肃然起敬 今天客人不多（但还是遇到一个美国团）酒店给升了一级房间 很大 View很舒服酒店自带的米二订满（都怪美国人。。。）于是酒店给我们预约了10公里之外的另外一家餐厅 非常好吃 价格也便宜 29欧两道式，葡萄酒8-9欧/杯两个人结账80欧 本次旅行最平的一餐 [Grin][Grin]前菜的牡蛎🦪来自诺曼底 新鲜～～ 好了 明天要回家了 下午直接开去机场还车子本次旅行圆满结束 4家罗莱夏朵+ 1家SLH， 明显罗莱夏朵360度完胜果然在法国大本营就是不一样了

This amazing restaurant is well worth the visit from anywhere south of Paris.  Every course was well thought out, and even though we ordered fois gras, we received a bonus fois gras dish after the excellent amuse. The lobster &ldquo;three ways&rdquo; was perhaps the other highlight although both deserts were spectacular. A special mention for the wine pairing that was perhaps the best I have had, all wines locally sourced as well. And bring your kids. The children&rsquo;s menu is incredibly affordable and is to the same standard as the adult menu. C&rsquo;est magnifique!. 10/10

Expectations were high as we arrived to one of the top restaurants in the area.  However, after a warm welcome from the manager and owner in a very pleasant anteroom and some light refreshments and hors d&rsquo;oevres to kick off the evening, it started to go a bit downhill for a while: having arrived 30 minutes early we didn&rsquo;t actually get seated until 30 minutes after our booking slot (i.e. an hour later), and the first course was a let-down - although my wife&rsquo;s artichoke was fine, my duck foie gras was one of the most bland, stodgy foie gras I&rsquo;ve ever had, wrapped in what tasted like the outer pastry of a pork pie.  This was served with cold bread and cold butter, making it hard to spread.  At least the bread was fresh.  Main course improved a bit: the lamb was cooked perfectly but two miserly dainty medallions plus a strange combination of vegetables for &euro;66 was poor value, and my wife omitted main course for a cheese selection of just three small pieces for just under &euro;30.  Dessert was the redeeming dish (lighter than air Grand Marnier souffle and a sumptuous chocolate square) that had us leaving with thoughts of what it might have been.  It wasn&rsquo;t a special occasion for us, thank goodness, but having driven almost three hours to get there, at &euro;258 without wine for two people, it was overpriced and underwhelming.  We would recommend the place for the ambience and the service was ok but not the food (at least not at that price).

Une cuisine inventive faite de produits locaux. Un service et un sommelier attentifs, et tr&egrave;s impliqu&eacute;s. Un bon moment dans un beau lieu.

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

This was a wonderful discovery - delicious and sophisticated, locally produced food, served in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.  And with an extremely reasonable bill at the end.  What&#39;s not to like!

This restaurant is really great, I like to eat here, the restaurant environment is very good, the decoration is very simple, dining here is very comfortable and comfortable, there are still many types of food inside, and the taste is great.
